Made by Casa del Jade in Guatemala of Natural Jadeite Jade (more information can be found on their website). Casa del Jade's identifying logo can be seen on the front of the mask, near the mouth. Size is approximately 16.5 inches tall (including the stand), 10.75 inches across at the widest point. Weight is approximately 11 pounds, 2 ounces.
In excellent condition, there are no chips, cracks, or breaks that I can see. Please look closely at all of the pictures for further details.
