STEEL NEEDLE CASE/DISPENSER, JAHNCKE'S 1890-1900. FULL OF ORIGINAL NEEDLES

Description

This is a sewing needle case/dispenser from Jahncke's, dating between 1890 and 1900.
It is full of needles; some are very old, some look newer.
It is a 2 1/4" steel cylinder, 2 1/2" in diameter, in marbelized copper. There is a little bit of corrosion to the copper part.
The ends are steel--the white bits you see on it are from polish.
And one end rotates--a needle falls out of the hole.
